How It Works

Three minutes to a
real coaching plan.

No questionnaire. A conversation. Cadence asks the right questions, processes your answers in real time, and builds a plan you can actually see the reasoning behind.

01
Connect or talk

Link your Strava, Apple Health, or Garmin for instant analysis. No wearable? No problem — the coach asks you directly.

02
See the analysis

Watch your data being processed in real time. Radar chart, volume plan, weekly structure, projected finish — all generated from your actual profile.

Train with reasoning

Every session has a "why." The plan adapts after each run. Missed a session? Got injured? The plan reshapes itself.

The Difference

Not another training template.

Most apps give you a plan and hope for the best. Cadence gives you a coach that adapts, explains, and gets smarter over time.

Decision Audit — see why every choice was made

Missed a run? Plan reshapes around it automatically

Visible Intelligence

Every decision, explained.

Cadence doesn't hide behind a black box. Your runner profile, projected finish, and every coaching choice comes with reasoning you can inspect.

Why 8% volume cap instead of 10%?
Shin splint history combined with "push through" recovery style creates elevated risk. Conservative loading protects long-term consistency — your most valuable asset.
Why two rest days, not one?
Why slow down the easy pace?

Real Runners

Results that speak for themselves.

Cadence saw what I couldn't — I was overtraining every easy day. Two weeks of slowing down and my tempo pace dropped by 15 seconds.

The plan adapted after my knee flared up. It didn't just delete sessions — it restructured everything around the injury. No other app does that.

I went from not running at all to completing my first 10K. The decision audit sold me — I finally understand why I'm doing each run.

FAQ

Questions you might have.

A static plan is written once and never changes. Cadence rebuilds your plan after every run you log. Missed a session, felt tired, or ran faster than expected — the plan reshapes itself the same day. It's closer to having a real coach on call than following a PDF.

No. If you have a Strava, Apple Health, or Garmin account, Cadence pulls your data automatically for a more precise plan. If you don't, the onboarding conversation collects everything it needs through a few targeted questions. You'll still get a personalized plan — the confidence intervals are just wider until you start logging runs.

Every coaching choice Cadence makes comes with an explanation you can inspect. "Why 8% volume cap?" → "Shin splint history + push-through recovery style = elevated risk." No other running app shows its reasoning. If you disagree, you can tell the coach and it will adapt.

Yes — from your first 5K to ultra marathons. The coaching engine doesn't apply a template based on distance. It builds from your actual fitness data, history, and goals. A first-time 10K runner and an experienced marathoner get fundamentally different plans, even if they're both 16 weeks out.

Tell the coach. It won't just delete sessions — it restructures the entire remaining plan around the injury. Volume drops, intensity shifts, and recovery sessions are added based on what you report. When you come back, the ramp-up is conservative and monitored.

Yes. The 7-day trial is completely free — no credit card required to start. After that, it's €9.99/month with no lock-in. Cancel from your app store settings whenever you want. Your training history stays accessible even after cancellation.

Your data is yours. Cadence uses your running history and profile exclusively to build your coaching plan. It's never shared with third parties, never used to train models for other users, and never sold. You can export or delete everything at any time.
